Hina's Counseling Journey

Hello, my name is Hina. I am a registered counsellor with a Master’s in Counseling,  and an ACA Level 2 Counselor certification. I help clients deal more effectively with intense emotions like sadness, depression, or anger, as well as ongoing anxiety, nervousness, or worry. Together, we will investigate how these feelings came to be and why they haven’t disappeared. By doing this, we can better comprehend the problem and cultivate the skills and strategies necessary to manage it and/or prevent it from happening again in the future.
